Supporting your journey toward a more connected and intentional life.
I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can show up as your whole self. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, relationships, and patterns with curiosity and care, creating space for greater clarity and meaningful change.
My approach
& services
My style is warm, active, and deeply attuned. I see therapy as a conversation rooted in curiosity, compassion, and mutual insight. You know your life better than anyone. My role is to help you listen more closely to yourself, ask new questions, and make room for the changes that want to unfold.
I work with individuals and couples navigating the often-invisible tensions of daily life–from communication breakdowns and unequal domestic labor to burnout, shifting identities, life transitions, and the emotional complexities of reproductive health and family building. I am especially interested in the quiet ways societal narratives shape our inner worlds, and in the powerful, gentle work of untangling those scripts so that you can write your own.

Division of Labor Intensive
Division of labor in the household is one of the most common reasons for stress within a couple. I’ll work with you to deeply understand each other’s mental load, and work to create an easy way to build a sustainable, interwoven life.
About Genevieve Williams
LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE (LMHCA)
My path to becoming a psychotherapist began in the world of nursing, where I spent a decade witnessing the profound ways our bodies hold stress, memory, and resilience. That experience, combined with my clinical training in Psychological Counseling at Columbia University, grounds the holistic approach I bring to therapy today. I integrate somatic approaches, mindfulness, and the science of neuroplasticity: the brain’s capacity to rewire itself and support not only how you feel, but how you live in your body.
Outside the therapy room, I love exploring new places, hiking trails, taking photographs, and picking up new hobbies, most of which keep me learning and laughing. These small adventures remind me that growth is never linear, joy is essential, and we’re all just doing our best as we go.
